INTERNSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR 2018 SYDNEY PEACE PRIZE EVENTS!
Are you passionate about peace and justice? Great news! We are looking for two interns to join our small team for the next six months to assist with the 2018 Sydney Peace Prize events honouring Professor Joseph Stiglitz.
You will be an important member of a small and committed team that delivers our annual Sydney Peace Prize program and associated events. Plus, you will have the opportunity to attend the Sydney Peace Prize events and take a look behind the scenes.
Successful applicants must be available to come into the office 1-2 days per week from the beginning of June, with 2-3 days per week during October and in the lead up to the events in the second week of November. The internship is unpaid, but provides free entry to all the events.
We rely on the great work of interns and volunteers. Being part of the Foundation’s team as a volunteer or intern is a great way to develop your skills and expertise and be a part of a tight-knit community passionate about peace and justice.
We are of course happy to honour and sign off on any accreditation/study requirements as well as provide a letter of recommendation and make ourselves available for reference phone calls.
