COVID-19 Event Policy

Please take the time to read these special conditions, as Sydney Peace Foundation has been required to make changes to its terms and conditions and procedures. While COVID-19 public health orders and NSW Government requirements are in place, the terms and conditions under this section will apply.

The changes are designed to help keep everyone safe, and to support our guests, audience, speakers, performers and staff in line with current requirements and restrictions relating to COVID-19. They are summarised as follows:

  • Please stay at home if are you are unwell or pose a risk to others. If you are symptomatic, we may refuse entry to minimise the risk to others.
  • While this section is in effect, we are offering the flexible ticket arrangements set out below.
  • Our venues have implemented changes to a number of our practices – when you visit you will see changes relating to physical distancing, entry and exit points, security arrangements, queuing, event and door opening times, interval arrangements (there may be no interval), food and beverage service, selling of merchandise and cloak room policies.

The following conditions now apply in relation to tickets for, and attendance at, Sydney Peace Foundation event.

Any conditions imposed by the event venues also apply.

COVID safe practices and contact tracing requirements

You can only purchase tickets from Sydney Peace Foundation if you provide us with the minimum contact details required by the law, which includes your name and phone number or email address. If you purchase Event tickets from a third party, they may have additional sales terms, including sharing your contact details with us.

In the event that the NSW Health or other Government Department makes a request, we may be required to disclose your personal information (such as full name, contact email &/or contact phone number) for contact tracing purposes. By purchasing your ticket, you are providing us with your permission to do so.

If you are attending the Event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the NSW Health for the purposes of contact tracing, you must: (a) make the contact details of your group available to the Government (if you have the consent of each group member to do so); or (b) contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details to the Government directly.

If someone else will attend in your place (including where you have resold your ticket(s), you must obtain their contact details and permission to share their contact details with Sydney Peace Foundation or require them to contact us on 0403 863 607 or email .

Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we manage your personal information.
