The Sydney Peace Foundation is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting universal human rights, social and climate justice, and non-violent solutions to conflict. Founded in 1998, the Foundation highlights movements, leaders, ideas and actions that encourage a more compassionate, peaceful and equitable world.
The Sydney Peace Foundation has compiled the Peace Prize lectures from 1998 – 2022 in two volumes of Conversations in Peace.
In these lectures our visionary, brilliant and brave laureates provide pathways to peace, guiding our journey to end injustice. Their peace prize lectures distill years of lived experience and wisdom – these books are a ‘must read’. The lectures in these two volumes complement and reinforce each other, with overlapping themes of social, economic and environmental solutions to injustice.
