Partners in Peace

Our partners, supporters and friends

The Sydney Peace Foundation, now an independent not-for-profit organisation, relies on the generosity and support of our partners to fulfil our mission of advocating for peace, justice and non-violence.

We collaborate with organisations and individuals who share our commitment to promoting peace, community wellbeing, and social and climate justice. Together, we deliver joint programs, events, advocacy and outreach that strengthen peace literacy and support movements working towards a more peaceful and just society.

We extend special thanks to the City of Sydney, a city committed to a socially just and sustainable future grounded in tolerance, social justice and climate justice. We are also grateful to our supporters across academia, business, civil society and the wider community who care deeply about our cause.

Together, we are building a stronger movement for peace with justice in Australia and across the world.

Partners in Peace

We are immensely grateful to the City of Sydney for their ongoing generosity in supporting us as a Partner in Peace for over 25 years. Special thanks also to the NSW Teachers Federation, our new Partner in Peace, for extending their support to our peacebuilding programs and for providing the Sydney Peace Foundation with a new home since we became an independent not-for-profit organisation in 2025.

Thanks to their dedication to justice and equality, we are able to continue our work towards a more peaceful and compassionate world.

Community Partners

Thank you to our community partners for working with us to strengthen peace movements both here in Australia and globally.  With this expanding network, the Sydney Peace Foundation develops programs that address local, national and global peace and justice issues.

Sponsor

Thank you to The University of Sydney, where the Sydney Peace Foundation was established in 1998. Since the Foundation became an independent, not-for-profit, the University now supports the Foundation through sponsorship of Peace Week events.
